Customer service got back to me quickly and sorted out the issue with my order. One of the replies felt a little short, and reading between the lines, they were probably just trying to move fast. Overall though, they handled it well and I appreciated the help.

I’ll admit I was a little suspicious at first because these regimen instructions can sometimes sound simple but then leave you guessing. This one was actually easy to follow, though. It laid out what to use and when, so I didn’t feel like I was just making it up as I went.

I’m giving it 4 stars because I still caught myself rereading a few sections to make sure I had the order right. Maybe I’m just cautious, but I didn’t want to mess anything up. Overall, it was helpful and not confusing.

The site was easy to use and checkout went through without any issues. That said, I was a bit suspicious about the shipping info because it wasn’t as clear as I expected. I would’ve felt better if they’d shown more details upfront.

Umm, I’ve been using Vivant for about 6 weeks now and my acne is so much less irritated than it was before. I still get a little pimple here and there, but it’s nothing like what I was dealing with. My skin feels smoother too. It did take some time, and I had a bit of dryness in the beginning, but overall I’m really happy with it.

I’ve been using this serum i really like how light it feels. It’s not sticky or heavy at all, and it goes on smoothly without leaving that greasy layer I can’t stand. It sinks in quickly too, so I can put my moisturizer on top without any weird pilling or heaviness. My skin just feels clean and soft afterward. Based on this one, I’m starting to think the best serums are the ones you barely notice once they’re on, and this one definitely fits that.

I’ve bought from Vivant a handful of times now, and I pretty much always end up getting the same products again. Shipping has been okay for the most part, though it’s been a little slow once or twice. Still, the products seem to agree with my skin, so I keep coming back
